VP – Project Manager | Credit Risk Transformation
- Lead Credit Risk Transformation initiatives within Nomura’s Chief Transformation Office, partnering with global Risk and Technology teams.
- Drive strategic and regulatory programmes covering Basel III/3.1, SA-CCR, IRB, IMM, RWA and CCR.
- Leverage solid expertise across PFE, EEPE, PD, LGD, EAD, PE, VaR and Expected Shortfall.
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery across requirements, governance, testing, UAT/SIT and implementation.
- Partner with senior Risk Officers, Risk Technology, Business, Operations and global transformation teams.
- Provide strong understanding of Credit Risk processes, data flows, exposure aggregation and capital calculation.
- Challenge solutions, influence target-state design and drive delivery using Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
- 12+ years’ experience in Credit Risk, Risk Transformation/Regulatory Change and senior Project/Programme Management within financial services.
