Required Skills
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from logistics and supply chain stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users, product managers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Understand and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Translate business requirements into transparent and actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and UAT activities.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, data mappings,



and requirement traceability matrices where required.
- Coordinate with QA teams to review test scenarios and validate requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect clarification with technical teams.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports/dashboards to support business decisions.
- Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and change requests.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technology stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation and provide post-implementation support.
