We're Hiring: Product Manager – UPI Merchant Payments | AndPayments

UPI processes billions of transactions a month — yet for merchants, it's still harder to use than it should be. Onboarding is fragmented, reporting is opaque, and disputes are slow.

We're looking for a PM to own the end-to-end UPI merchant experience at AndPayments — from how a business gets onboarded to how it resolves a payment failure at midnight.

What you'll own:
- End-to-end UPI merchant roadmap – collection flows, settlement logic, reconciliation, dispute resolution
- Merchant onboarding & activation metrics – time-to-first-transaction, drop-off, completion rate
- Compliance-first product decisions – working directly with Legal & Compliance from day one on NPCI/RBI frameworks
- Ecosystem & partnership strategy – integrations with networks, aggregators & adjacent players
- AI-first workflows – using AI for research,



PRDs, and synthesis, with your judgement driving quality

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in product management, with meaningful fintech/payments experience
- A proven track record of shipping products zero-to-one
- Solid understanding of how payments move, fail, and get resolved
- Analytical rigour – SQL/spreadsheet proficiency expected
- Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information
