HR Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, policies, and workplace requirements.
- Monitor probation periods and employee performance updates.
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Manage resignation, notice period, relieving, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll and salary-related coordination.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.




- Ensure employees follow company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for HR requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or attendance/payroll software.
- Recruitment and employee coordination experience.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Good problem-solving and decision-maki
