Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with robust expertise in residential design and planning. The

ideal candidate should be highly skilled in layouts, planning, and design execution, with the ability to

independently lead projects and guide teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop layouts and planning concepts with precision and creativity for residential projects.
- Lead architectural projects end-to-end — from design development to site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, presentation drawings, and design documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns, ensuring design quality and deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain design intent.




- Present concepts and ideas clearly to clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in residential architectural projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.
- Exceptional skills in layouts and planning.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and lead a project team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
- Ability to balance creativity with practical execution on site.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
