- Facilitate KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
- Manage Account Opening Forms (AOF) and handle deferrals
- Conduct Re-KYC and Signature Updation
- Assist with Email Indemnity processes
- Oversee Fixed Deposit (FD) bookings and balance confirmations
- Provide support for Net Banking inquiries
- Coordinate RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS transactions
- Issue Sanction Letters and manage document execution
- Ensure proper stamping and compliance with documentation standards
- Conduct post-sanction quarterly compliance checks (e.g., UHFC)
- Update stock statements and manage insurance documentation
- Facilitate the exchange of information and address overdue deferrals
- Support to Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) as needed.

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA

Experience: 5 to 7 years
