- Role & responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Manage all phases of residential interior fit-out projects, from site handover to final completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise site teams including subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and consultants.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to industry standards and client specifications.
- Manage snagging and handover process efficiently.
- Client Communication & Satisfaction:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.




- Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-1+ years of experience in residential interior fit-out or construction project management. Freshers may apply.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
