You''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between the Rolling Stock systems and other critical project components. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Management, Engineering, and Support Functions such as Financing, Tax, Legal, Insurance, and Marketing & Pricing), collaborate with external stakeholders (such as contractors, government agencies, and partners), and oversee interface management activities to achieve project milestones.

Youll specifically take care of preparing and managing Interface Management Plans, coordinating with designated contractors, and ensuring integration of design and manufacturing activities, but also contribute to testing and commissioning efforts.

- Preparing and managing Interface Management Plans and associated documentation
- Coordinating interface activities with system-wide contractors,



civil contractors, and consultants
- Ensuring timely communication and resolution of interface issues with stakeholders
- Overseeing the integration of signaling, telecom, and power supply systems with Rolling Stock
- Facilitating the testing and commissioning of Rolling Stock systems
- Proactively identifying and addressing interface challenges to meet project deadlines

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interface coordination and management of Rolling Stock systems
