What you'll do
- Run day-to-day floor operations across kitchen and front-of-house
- Hire, train, and manage outlet staff
- Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed on the floor
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance to keep the outlet running smoothly
- Manage local vendor billing and daily reporting
- Handle guest escalations and uphold service standards
What we're looking for
- Prior experience managing restaurant or QSR operations
- Comfortable with POS systems (Pet Pooja or similar)
- Solid people management and on-the-floor problem-solving
- Ownership mindset — can run the outlet without hand-holding
Pay: ₹15,342.70 - ₹32,000.00 per month
