Direct Responsibilities
- Start up Support for new business partner through software installation, processes & product understanding on risk, operations & compliance.
- Implementation of Current Process, product implementation through visits & continuous in person training.
- Preparing Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports and Prepare Daily Management MIS.
- Handling Business partner Queries Related to Trading, Mutual fund, IPO, DP, Risk, Account opening, settlement, accounts & Compliance.
- To verify, check and escalate in case of any wrong doing is noted by internal / external participants who may cause harm to the companys interest.
- Audit processes to ensure best processes are installed at each unit. Conduct Regular Audits for local partners.
- Manage and ensure high levels of client serving through support to business team by knowledge sharing / providing training to sub-brokers and employees for smooth operations of day to day activities.
