About the Role

We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive who understands the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization and can independently execute day-to-day SEO activities under the guidance of a senior SEO professional.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of On-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Keyword Mapping, Internal & External Linking, Competitor Analysis and basic SEO reporting.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Page SEO
- Optimize website pages for target keywords.
- Optimize:
- Title Tags
- Meta Descriptions
- H1/H2/H3 headings
- URL structure
- Image ALT tags
- Content structure
- Keyword placement
- Identify and suggest on-page optimization opportunities.

2. Keyword Research
- Conduct keyword research for products, services, blogs and landing pages.
- Identify:
- Primary keywords
- Secondary keywords
- Long-tail keywords
- Question-based keywords
- Commercial and informational keywords
- Analyze search volume,



competition and keyword intent.

3. Keyword Mapping
- Map relevant keywords to individual website pages.
- Identify opportunities for new landing pages and blog topics.
- Ensure that multiple pages are not unnecessarily targeting the same keyword.

4. Internal Linking
- Identify internal linking opportunities.
- Create appropriate anchor text.
- Build logical links between relevant pages, blogs, products and service pages.
- Help improve website crawlability and page authority.

5. External Linking
- Identify relevant and authoritative external websites/resources.
- Implement appropriate outbound links where required.
- Assist in backlink-building activities under supervision.

6. Keyword Gap Analysis
- Compare the website's keyword visibility with competitors.
- Identify keywords for which competitors rank but our website does not.
- Prepare keyword-gap reports and recommendations.
