About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UI design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems, with the ability to work closely with developers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging web application interfaces.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and translate business requirements into effective UX solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across web pages, features, and digital products.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, and QA Engineers.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and provide UI/UX feedback and improvements.




- Identify usability issues and recommend practical design solutions.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design standards, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in UI/UX Design for web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects.
