Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial projects such as office spaces, retail, SCOs, shops, and commercial complexes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Drive bookings, collections, and revenue realization.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, inventory, and project-wise performance.

2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to improve conversions.
- Recruit and develop sales professionals when required.

3. Channel Partner Management




- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and institutional clients.
- Identify new channel partners and expand the project's sales network.
- Design and implement channel-partner incentive programs in coordination with management.
- Ensure channel partners follow company policies and brand guidelines.

4. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify recent sources of qualified leads and commercial investors.
- Develop relationships with corporates, HNIs, investors, retailers, and business owners.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, networking activities, and corporate presentations.
- Generate business through direct sales, references, digital leads, and channel networks.

5. Customer & Investor Management
- Handle key clients and high-value transactions.
