*Role Overview*

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 6+ years of experience and robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, leading the HR/recruitment team, and ensuring timely hiring and onboarding.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.

* Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and joining.





* Manage and mentor the recruitment/HR team and track daily performance.

* Handle multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

* Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

* Prepare recruitment MIS and monitor key hiring metrics.

* Drive recruitment targets, TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios.

* Support onboarding, employee coordination, and other HR activities.

* Identify and improve recruitment processes and team productivity.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
