Role Summary
The CMO will own Trueview's end-to-end marketing strategy - brand building, product marketing, demand generation, channel/dealer marketing, and digital presence - across B2B (dealer/distributor network) and B2C touchpoints. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can operate strategically while staying close to execution, working from our Aurangabad offi ce in direct collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy & Brand Leadership
Define and own Trueview's overall marketing strategy, positioning, and brand architecture across all product lines (DSS, TrueBoard, dash cams, and future launches)
Build Trueview into a recognized, trusted brand in the CCTV and display solutions category, both regionally and nationally
Own the annual marketing budget, planning, and ROI accountability

2) Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
Lead performance marketing, SEO, social media, and content strategy to drive qualifi ed leads for both direct and channel sales
Oversee website, digital campaigns,



and marketing automation to support the full funnel - awareness to conversion
Drive data-informed decision-making using campaign analytics and market intelligence
Product Marketing & Launches
Partner closely with product and R&D; teams to craft go-to-market strategies for current product launches
Develop sales enablement content, consultative playbooks, and positioning for the dealer/distributor and direct sales teams
Conduct ICP and market research to sharpen product-market fi t and messaging across categories
Channel & Dealer Marketing
Design and execute marketing programs that support and activate Trueview's dealer and distributor network
Build co-branded campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, and channel incentive/loyalty programs (e.g., True Rewards)

3) Team & Stakeholder Management
Build, lead, and mentor an in-house marketing team across digital, content, design, and product marketing functions
Manage relationship
