Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

- Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
- Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications,



and Sales organization directives.
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
- Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization
- Respond to customer enquiries within 1-2 days, maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the Sales team by managing and responding to sales-related backend requests promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, to analyze data and prepare sales-related reports.
- Use SAP applications for making accurate offers and understanding the installation base.
- Understand market pricing dynamics to offer competitive and correct pricing.
- Apply basic knowledge of motors and generators to support sales activities.
