- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- SAP certification or relevant SAP ERP experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

Job Summary

Sunder Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SAP Operator to manage daily SAP transactions, inventory records, and operational data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP experience and the ability to maintain accurate records while coordinating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and transaction processing in SAP.
- Create and update Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Goods Receipts (GRN), and inventory records.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from SAP.
- Reconcile SAP data with physical stock and operational records.




- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Purchase, and Sales departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Support users with basic SAP-related issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and data security standards.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, or Industrial Operations backgrounds will be preferred.
