About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales of our industrial fans and dust collection systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to industrial/mechanical sales, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to understand technical specifications well enough to recommend the right product solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business leads for industrial fans, blowers, and dust collector systems across assigned territory/industries.
- Visit prospective and existing clients (factories, manufacturing units, workshops) to understand their ventilation/dust extraction requirements.
- Prepare and present technical-cum-commercial proposals,



quotations, and product specifications to clients.
- Coordinate with the design/engineering team for customized solutions based on client site requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales orders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Conduct site visits for technical assessment (airflow requirements, dust load, ducting layout, etc.) when required.
- Coordinate with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client queries related to product performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, and client interactions (CRM/reports).
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing in the HVAC/industrial ventilation sector.
