Key Responsibilities
- Tracking and monitoring of customer satisfaction(NPS) scores of AMD, EV, AD with structured implementation of improvement plan
- Monitoring of Improvement in dealer profitability across network ( AMD/Branch/AD)
- Tracking and Improvement in service retention
- Achieve a reduction in Carry Forward Ratios across ICE and EV vehicles
- Regular PDCA monitoring of Non achievement at AO level
- Reduce dispersion in dealer performance by ensuring a greater percentage of dealers achieve their planned targets in customer satisfaction and business growth
