Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of total experience, with relevant experience in Lease Abstraction and Commercial Lease processes.
- Hands-on experience in Real Estate Commercial Lease Abstraction, including leases, amendments, renewals, and related documents.
- Experience in sanity checks, cross-checking, and verifying lease abstracts and system data for accuracy and completeness.
- Solid experience in Lease Document Matching and reviewing lease documents for completeness.
- Ability to review leases from an administrative and/or legal perspective, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease terms.




- Experience in reviewing landlord invoices and validating them against lease requirements and agreed terms.
- Experience in reviewing leases, amendments, and renewals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Prior experience in team handling, training, mentoring, or quality review will be preferred.
- Strong reading, comprehension, interpretation, and paraphrasing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, interpret complex lease clauses, and accurately capture relevant information in lease abstracts and systems.
