About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, speed-oriented IT Recruiter who thrives in quick-paced contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing environments. In this role, you will tackle standard to complex tech stacks, operate under strict SLAs, and drive exceptionally fast turnaround times (TAT) to support our IT Services clients.

Responsibilities
- Aggressive Sourcing:
Utilize Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster/Foundit, and internal databases to build a robust candidate pipeline quickly.
- Technical Screening:
Evaluate candidates across core tech stacks (Java, .NET, QA, React, AWS, DevOps, Full Stack, etc.) for skill fit, rate expectations, and availability.
- High-Volume Execution:
Maintain high daily call volumes, coordinate interview schedules, and follow up relentlessly to ensure maximum interview attendance and minimize drop-offs.
- Pipeline & VMS Management:




Format candidate resumes to client standards and submit them directly to client portals/VMS systems within required timelines.
- Negotiation & Offer Closure:
Negotiate hourly/monthly contract rates, extend offers, and manage candidate engagement up to their onboarding date.

Requirements
- Proven track record in IT Contract Staffing or C2H hiring (agency or IT services background preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs with a 24–48 hour turnaround time (TAT).
- Deep understanding of contract hiring nuances, notice periods, and market-standard billing rates.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and candidate-persuasion skills.
- High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset under pressure.
