Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed residential roof and electrical surveys.
- Record roof dimensions, shading, meter details, sanctioned load, distribution board and earthing condition.
- Prepare survey reports with photographs.
- Coordinate material delivery and installation dates with customers.
- Supervise technicians and contract helpers.
- Maintain daily site reports, material usage and equipment serial numbers.
- Check workmanship, waterproofing, cable routing and housekeeping.
- Manage customer documents and application status.
- Handle MSEDCL/net-metering portal submissions, inspection coordination and document corrections.
- Maintain subsidy, commissioning and handover records.
- Obtain customer approval and signed completion documents.
Required qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Civil or Mechanical candidates with rooftop-solar experience are also considered; electrical work remains under authorised supervision.
- Excel, email and basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Driving licence required.
Required experience
- 2–4 years in residential solar or electrical projects.
- MSEDCL/net-metering documentation experience is particularly valuable.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
