Key Responsibilities

Lead shift operations across Software Asset Management (SAM), Software Procurement & Contract Management, and CLH**.
* Ensure **SLA/KPI compliance, queue management, backlog reduction, and escalations**.
* Manage team performance, coaching, 1:1s, cross-training, and knowledge transfer.
* Oversee **software licensing, renewals, license lifecycle, harvesting, true-ups, and compliance**.
* Support **WBR/QBR, utilization, TTR, chargeback, and license position reporting**.
* Drive **automation, process improvement, RCA, and ServiceNow migration** initiatives.
* Manage vendor/client escalations and ensure smooth shift handovers.
* Collaborate with other Team Leaders for consistent service delivery.
