Your current role

As our new Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll take ownership of hands-on development, day-to-day support, and platform operations across multiple ServiceNow modules. You'll design and customise robust solutions, ensure stable integrations, and help mature how we use ServiceNow across the enterprise.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Designing, building and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations end-to-end across modules such as ITSM and ITOM
- Building and maintaining integrations with third-party monitoring tools and data sources (APIs, REST/SOAP, scheduled imports)



and working with ITOM components such as Discovery/MID Server, Service Mapping and CMDB
- Owning the full development lifecycle – requirements, solution design, build, test, deployment and support – while upholding coding, security and QMS standards
- Providing day-to-day support for production issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvements
- Participating in release upgrades, code reviews, patching, and managing Change, Release and deployments via update sets
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, system managers and business stakeholders globally
- Mentoring junior developers and championing coding standards and best practices
