Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Encompass Loan Business Analyst to bridge the gap between mortgage business operations and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) , mortgage workflows, business requirements, system configuration, automation, and integrations.

The candidate will work closely with mortgage operations, underwriting, processing, compliance, and technology teams to optimize Encompass LOS and improve end-to-end mortgage processes.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from mortgage stakeholders.
- Analyze current mortgage workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Create functional requirements and specifications for Encompass enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into Encompass configurations, workflows, and automation rules.





Encompass Configuration Support
- Configure Encompass business rules, custom fields, input forms, milestones, personas, and workflows .
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and integrations.
- Conduct and support UAT, functional testing, defect tracking, and resolution .
- Collaborate with Encompass Product Managers, Administrators, and technology teams during deployments.

Integration Vendor Support
- Support third-party mortgage integrations including:
- Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS)
- Credit Vendors
- Compliance Engines
- Document Providers
- Validate data mapping, system interfaces, and workflow alignment.
- Assist with troubleshooting integration and data-related issues.

Documentation Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain business process documentation and Encompass configuration guides.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and functional documentation.
