Job Overview:
We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, engaging with prospective customers, providing project information, and scheduling site visits. The role requires strong communication skills, lead management abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients from various lead sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about projects, pricing, location, and amenities.
- Qualify leads and maintain an organized database in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into site visits and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead status regularly.
- Ensure prompt response to customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.





Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
35 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or real estate sales support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled.
- Lead-to-site visit conversion rate.
- Follow-up efficiency and CRM data accuracy.
