About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
L1 Operations skilled
with 4–6 years of experience in the
Payment Gateway / Fintech / Digital Payments industry
. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day payment operations, transaction monitoring,



merchant support, issue resolution, onboarding coordination, and coordination with internal teams, banks, and payment partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily
payment gateway transactions
, including successful, failed, pending, and declined transactions.
- Handle
L1 transaction-related queries
from merchants and internal teams.
- Investigate payment failures, pending transactions, duplicate transactions, refunds, reversals, and settlement-related issues.
- Monitor transaction dashboards and identify unusual transaction patterns or operational issues.
- Coordinate with
L2 Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Banks, Acquirers, and Payment Gateway Partners
for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper tracking and escalation of unresolved transaction issues within defined TAT/SLA.
- Support
merchant onboarding and KYC verification
by coordinating required documents and internal approv
