Key Responsibilities:

βœ” Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including data integrity, security, and user administration

βœ” Perform user account management, roles, profiles, and permission maintenance

βœ” Configure and customize Salesforce to support evolving business requirements

βœ” Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and Flow automations

βœ” Support system audits, sandbox deployments, upgrades, and release management activities

βœ” Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support

βœ” Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

Required Skills:





βœ… 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience

βœ… Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, configuration, and user management

βœ… Hands-on experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, and process automation

βœ… Experience creating reports and dashboards

βœ… Valuable understanding of Salesforce integrations (API/middleware exposure is a plus)

βœ… Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation

βœ… Excellent communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills

Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator – Mandatory

? Salesforce Platform App Builder – Preferred
