About the Role :

We are looking for a well connected, experienced Executive Search Consultant (Headhunter) who has already worked in executive search recruitment for the US or UK market and brings an existing network of client relationships and senior candidate contacts. This is not just a delivery focused sourcing role; we want someone whose professional relationships can directly open doors to new client mandates and passive senior candidates. You'll work directly with C suite and senior executives at US/UK companies, running searches end to end while also helping grow the firm's client base through your existing network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing network of HR leaders, founders, and CXOs at US/UK companies to originate current client relationships and search mandates for the firm.




- Partner directly with clients to understand their hiring mandates, organizational needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Tap into your existing senior level candidate contacts to fill searches faster and access passive talent that isn't reachable through cold outreach alone.
- Manage the end to end executive search process: mandate intake, market mapping, candidate research, outreach, screening, and shortlist presentation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior level candidates (Director level and above) across relevant industries and functions.
- Conduct in depth candidate assessments, including competency based interviews, background checks, and reference calls.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy recommendations.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and client satisfaction.
