We are looking for a skilled Software Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright with Python for automation testing of web and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in test automation, performance testing, API testing, and exposure to industrial automation domains.

Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Python.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of web and desktop applications.
- Execute API testing using Postman and validate application integrations.
- Develop and execute performance and load testing scenarios using JMeter.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Identify, track,



and resolve software defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Integrate automated test suites within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements.
- Ensure product quality and reliability through continuous testing and automation best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure to Industrial Automation / Industrial Applications domain.
- Experience in test strategy creation and defect management.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
