Role & responsibilities
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and quality care at all times.
- Handle parents professionally and build strong relationships.
- Plan and conduct daily classroom activities as per the curriculum.
- Ensure timely implementation of the curriculum.
- Maintain classroom discipline and an engaging learning environment.
- Submit daily reports and maintain child records.
- Support admissions, parent retention, and achievement of centre targets.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and team for smooth centre operations.
- Graduate/Diploma (Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Positive communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
