Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to manage and coordinate AC installation projects across India. The role will involve managing technicians, coordinating installations, handling logistics, monitoring project execution, and ensuring timely payments and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate AC installation and service activities across Pan India.
- Plan and schedule technicians for installation, maintenance, and service assignments.
- Coordinate closely with technicians, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Allocate technicians based on location, availability, skill set, and project requirements.
- Track daily installation progress and ensure all assignments are completed within agreed timelines.
- Arrange and manage travel, accommodation, transportation, equipment movement, and other logistics for technicians.
- Coordinate movement and delivery of AC equipment to project locations.
- Maintain proper records of installations, technician assignments, expenses,



and project status.
- Verify technician attendance, work completion reports, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Manage and process technician payments, travel expenses, allowances, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for payment processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor project-related expenses and ensure operations remain within approved budgets.
- Resolve operational issues, technician availability challenges, and site-related escalations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure technicians follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular MIS/operation reports covering project status, manpower, expenses, pending installations, and payments.
- Maintain a database of technicians, including their locations, skill sets, availability, and payment details.
