We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead HR operations for our manufacturing plant at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh Nitin Lifesciences Ltd.

We are looking for a qualified with strong manufacturing industry exposure, particularly in:
- Plant HR & HR Operations
- Employee Relations
- Labour & Statutory Compliance
- Workforce Management
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Engagement

Candidates with relevant pharma/manufacturing plant HR experience will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities
- Reduce voluntary attrition through structured employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Improve employee morale by establishing transparent communication channels, grievance resolution mechanisms and regular interaction with employees across all levels.
- Ensure timely recruitment of quality manpower for all critical positions while maintaining recruitment cost within approved budgets. Also to ensure that manpower provided by the Contractor is of right skill / minimum qualification as per defined SOPs at Site
- Strengthen HR systems including induction training,



performance management, attendance, statutory compliance, contract labour management and HR documentation.
- Partner with Plant Leadership to improve work culture, discipline, accountability and employee productivity through regular HR interventions.
- Develop supervisors and middle management through structured behavioural and people management training programmes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Post Graduate - MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or Master's Degree in HR / Personnel Management.

Total Experience, in years: 10-15 years .

Desirable: Labour Laws certification, Industrial Relations exposure, Behavioural Assessment certifications (added advantage).
