Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and manpower requirements from the concerned departments.
- Prepare and post job openings on various job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and basic candidate assessment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the concerned department/senior.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, documentation and joining.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper records of candidates at different stages of the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with colleges/placement cells for campus recruitment whenever required.




- Support the HR team in onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Comfortable using job portals and online recruitment platforms.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
