Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Meerut. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective candidates and clients through calls, messages, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present relevant training and placement solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation,



maintaining and updating CRM records, conducting follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into enrollments or business opportunities. The role involves explaining program benefits, addressing queries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating closely with training and placement teams to ensure a smooth candidate journey. The Inside Sales Executive is also expected to meet sales targets, prepare basic reports on performance, and actively contribute feedback to improve sales processes.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles and meet defined targets.
- Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
