Job Description: In-House IT/Tech Recruiter

Position Title: Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT)

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (100% Onsite)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Experience Level: 3 to 5 Years

Shift timings - 2pm to 11pm IST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced In-House Tech Recruiter to join our growing engineering team in Dehradun. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers.

Since this is an onsite position, you will work directly alongside engineering leads and department heads to build a high-performing local and relocated tech talent pipeline.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:



3 to 5 years of proven experience as an In-House Tech Recruiter or IT Recruiter (agency experience with a focus on product-based tech hiring is acceptable).

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern technology stacks (Java, Node.js, React, Python, Cloud Platforms, QA Automation, DevOps) to effectively speak with engineering candidates.

Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search strings, Naukri, and developer networks.

Location Commitment: Must be comfortable working 100% Onsite, 5 days a week from our office in Dehradun.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
