Location: Andheri, Mumbai, India *(Should be open to travel for events)*

This is not a routine admin role. This position sits at the nerve center of our organization connecting sales with business verticals, publishing, digital, simulation, accounts, logistics, vendors, and events.

The Sales Operations Executive ensures that once a deal is closed, execution happens flawlessly from purchase order to printing, dispatch, invoicing, payment follow-up, inventory management, and reporting.

You will work directly with the leadership team to ensure operational discipline, clean documentation, real-time funnel tracking, and zero leakage in revenue cycles.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & Revenue Tracking

a) Maintain and update the master revenue sheet and sales funnel tracker daily.
b) Track institutional deals, sponsorship orders, bulk book orders, workshops, and digital projects.
c) Ensure all POs are properly recorded, acknowledged, and executed without delay.
d) Monitor payment due dates and coordinate structured follow-ups with accounts.

Prepare clean execution summaries for management review.

2. Vendor & Production Management

a) Coordinate with logistics partners and fabrication vendors.
b) Source competitive quotations and conduct commercial negotiations.
c) Raise and track purchase orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
d) Ensure documentation compliance, including invoices, DCs, GRNs, and courier proofs.

3. Post-Order Execution & Fulfilment

a) Coordinate advertisement approvals, content confirmations, and production releases.
b) Work with internal publishing and digital teams for smooth execution.
c) Oversee printing, packaging, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
d) Ensure invoices are raised immediately prior to delivery.
e) Close loops no incomplete documentation and no delayed follow-ups.

4. Workshops, Conferences & Event Logistics

a) Research hotels and venues and negotiate commercial terms.
