Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager – Broking to acquire new clients, manage existing customer relationships, and drive revenue through broking and investment products.

The candidate will be responsible for building a strong client base, understanding clients’ investment and trading requirements, providing product information, and increasing trading activity, revenue, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for demat, trading, and investment accounts through direct sales, references, lead generation, and market outreach.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and increase client retention.
- Understand clients’ financial objectives, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
- Generate business through equity trading, derivatives,



mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and other investment products offered by the company.
- Encourage clients to actively use trading and investment platforms.
- Increase client activation, trading volumes, brokerage revenue, and overall wallet share.
- Provide clients with information regarding market developments, investment opportunities, IPOs, mutual funds, and other relevant products.
- Coordinate with research/advisory teams and communicate relevant market insights to clients.
- Conduct regular client calls and meetings to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and develop a strong prospect pipeline.
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products based on customer requirements and suitability.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC, documentation, transaction-related queries, and platform-related issues.
