Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – Oracle ERP Sales to drive new business acquisition and enterprise sales across large and mid-to-large organizations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong hunter profile, with proven experience in prospecting and selling enterprise technology / ERP solutions to organizations with annual revenues ranging from USD 50 Million to USD 5 Billion.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new accounts, building CXO-level relationships, creating qualified sales pipelines,



driving Oracle ERP conversations and managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research and prospect new enterprise accounts with revenues ranging from USD 50 Million to USD 5 Billion.
- Develop and execute focused outbound sales strategies across Manufacturing, Retail and Oil & Gas industries.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, industry events, referrals and account-based prospecting.
- Identify organizations with potential for Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud Applications transformation.
- Engage with CXOs, CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to understand business challenges and identify ERP opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans for high-value target organizations.
