Role & responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Any Bachelor, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
