We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment for SmartByte Computer Education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, databases, references and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Close vacancies within the required timeline.
- Recruit for Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Telecallers, Teachers, Counsellors, Branch Staff and other positions.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.




- Negotiate salary and coordinate the joining process.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Robust sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Experience with job portals and recruitment databases.
- Target-oriented and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Graduate preferred, preferably HR/Management background.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
