Job Description: Lead Generation Executive

Hours: Monday–Friday, up to 45 hours per week
Work Hours: EST Shift – 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Fixed Shift)
Location: Office 801, 8th Floor, Cerebrum IT Park – B3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune – 411014
Length: Permanent position with a six-month probation period

Job Brief:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for B2B cold calling, promoting white papers and content assets, engaging with business professionals, conducting CD and CDQA activities, and generating qualified leads as per campaign requirements.

Requirements:
- Graduation / Post Graduation.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation.
- Experience in B2B cold calling and outbound campaigns.
- Experience in white paper/content promotion will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with business professionals and decision-makers.
- Good questioning, probing, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Willingness to work in a fixed EST shift from the Pune office.
