What You'll Do:
- Own outbound pipeline generation for the North American market.
- Identify and research high-potential accounts across wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing industries.




- Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Build personalized outreach campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage senior stakeholders including CEOs, Sales Leaders, Operations Heads, and IT decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure clean pipeline management.
- Test new messaging, outreach strategies, and channels to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize pipeline creation and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales or Sales Development.
- Experience selling to North American customers is highly preferred.
- Strong cold-calling skills with a proven ability to generate pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage C-level executives and senior
