About Estate Routes

Estate Routes is a growing real estate consultancy focused on helping customers discover the right residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital growth, performance marketing, lead generation, social media, SEO, and online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

1. Meta Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Achieve agreed CPL/CPA benchmarks.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience targeting, creatives, and budgets.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

2. Google Ads
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and other relevant campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve agreed CPL/CPA targets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and budget optimization.
- Track conversions and campaign performance through analytics.

3. Social Media Campaigns
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,



and other relevant platforms.
- Handle content ideation, planning, execution, posting, and performance analysis.
- Drive 10% month-on-month growth in relevant social media metrics, including followers/subscribers.
- Develop campaigns aligned with real estate projects, offers, launches, and brand objectives.

4. Website & SEO Management
- Manage regular website updates, landing pages, project pages, and content.
- Monitor website uptime, functionality, speed, and user experience.
- Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
- Improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation through SEO.

5. Content & Blog Management
- Develop a monthly content and blog strategy around real estate, property investment, market trends, and customer interests.
