CRM Manager

Reporting To: Head of Operations / Sales Leadership

Role Overview:

We are looking for a CRM Manager to manage the sales pipeline, ensure timely lead follow-ups, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive higher lead-to-sale conversion. The role will work closely with the sales team to ensure every prospect is actively managed and no potential lead is missed.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming leads and ensure timely assignment and follow-up.
- Track response times, follow-up activity, and pipeline movement.
- Identify missed, overdue, stalled, or inactive leads and drive action.
- Ensure every active opportunity has a clear next action and follow-up date.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from inquiry to consultation, quotation, and closure.
- Track salesperson performance, conversion rates, pipeline, and sales.
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM and sales performance reports.
- Analyze lead drop-offs and identify opportunities to improve conversion.




- Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and updated.
- Establish and enforce CRM processes, follow-up standards, and sales discipline.
- Work with the sales team to improve productivity and revenue conversion.
- Escalate high-value or neglected opportunities to management.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Strong experience managing CRM systems and working with sales teams.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skil
