Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle both Indian and US clients effectively.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams.
- Possess strong techno-functional BA capabilities, including knowledge of databases, APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Travel when required to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to drive growth.
Job Requirements :
- Strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi.
- Experience in business analysis, client handling, and technical functional roles.
- Ability to work with government projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in handling multiple clients and stakeholders.
