Project Manager - Analytics - (BFSI) - India (IK)

Role Type: Project Manager

Total Experience Required: 8-14 years of overall relevant experience (exact level determined based on candidate profile).

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience is mandatory; candidates with 8-10+ years of BFSI experience will be considered for the more senior band of this role.

Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics/data transformation projects
- Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to plan, track, and manage delivery
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across business, data,



and technology teams
- Own delivery governance, risk management, and reporting for assigned initiatives
- Support Business Transformation objectives through structured, delivery-focused project management
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Solid PM skills with a demonstrated ability to drive and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects
- Project management experience within banking or financial services
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Strong communication skills and delivery-focused Business Transformation project experience
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Data project experience (desirable but not mandatory)
