About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our B2B SaaS growth team in Chennai. In this role, you will be the bridge between our organic visibility and paid acquisition strategies. Your primary mission is to generate high-quality leads through a mix of Organic and Paid channels while strictly troubleshooting underperforming ad campaigns to turn them around. You will also play a pivotal role in executing
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
strategies to penetrate key enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic & Paid Marketing Strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and LinkedIn community building tailored to B2B decision-makers.
- Allocate budgets effectively between organic content amplification and paid media to maximize ROI.





2. Ad Performance Analysis & Troubleshooting (Critical Responsibility)
- Actively monitor daily ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate).
- Investigate and diagnose root causes
for underperforming ad posts. This includes analyzing audience targeting, ad copy, creative assets, landing page UX, and post-click funnel friction.
- Implement A/B testing hypotheses to resolve performance bottlenecks and revive stagnating or failing campaigns.
- Provide weekly "RCA" (Root Cause Analysis) reports on campaigns that miss KPIs.

3. Lead Generation
- Own the top-of-funnel to MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) conversion process.
- Implement lead scoring models and nurture sequences to move prospects down the funnel.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value named accounts.
