MEP Designer Residential & Commercial

We are looking for an experienced MEP Designer with 47 years of experience in designing building services for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design 2D/3D MEP layouts using AutoCAD.
- Design electrical power distribution, internal/external lighting and LAN/Data networking.
- Design HVAC and ventilation systems.
- Design plumbing, drainage and water supply systems.
- Design fire detection and fire suppression systems.
- Prepare BOQ and support material planning and estimation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable safety standards and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers and vendors.
- Guide junior draftsmen/site teams during project execution.
