Dealer & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and inventory management at distributor locations.
- Resolve channel partner concerns and service-related issues promptly.

Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Implement promotional schemes, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Increase product visibility and brand presence in the market.

Order & Collection Management
- Generate orders from dealers and distributors.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and maintain healthy financial controls.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
- Forecast sales and demand within the assigned territory.
